Heavy psychedelic trance moving between Forest, Dark and Experimental territory. The three tracks slowly shift the listener through different states — going deeper into the sound, processing what is happening, and eventually reaching a quieter place of contemplation.
Qbic RUbic has been exploring different sides of electronic music for years, from Techno and Psytrance to ChillOut. With STATE, he moves deeper into darker, heavier and more experimental territory.
The artwork is part of the story too. Following the Narayana Records tradition, it was created without AI. Qbic RUbic is a professional tattoo artist, and for this release we used a canvas made by his own hand, illuminated with fluorescent light.
