In Vedic times, Bharata Varsha was the name given to our entire planet — a place where wisdom and knowledge reside. Today, Bharata Varsha is the ancient name of India, the land of sages who have preserved a grand history and the mysteries of the Sanskrit scriptures.
India, the birthplace of countless concepts and traditions, games and arts, has merged with modern technological progress to give rise to musical genres that became the foundation of our electronic musical vision.
This compilation is a tribute and a greeting to our beloved Bharata Varsha. Every track featured in this collection is a personal experience and reflection of India as seen by each of the artists. Each composition carries not only a mental, but also a physical connection with a place that we affectionately and almost as a family call “Grandmother India” — or, for those who know, Bharata Varsha.
